Windsor Law offers a growing cluster of courses and experiential learning opportunities related to cities and their governance.
City-related course offerings currently include Municipal Law, Land Use Planning, Indigenous Legal Traditions, Infrastructure Law, Environmental Law, Elections Law, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law.
City-related experiential learning opportunities vary and have included: the current Cities and Climate Action Policy Clinic, a Local Planning Appeals Tribunal (LPAT) Project-Based Placement, the Transnational Environmental Law Clinic, and annual externship placements with the Cities of Windsor and Sarnia.
