City of Windsor Marks National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

In June, the federal government passed Bill C-5, recognizing September 30th as a federal holiday for federal employees and federally regulated entities called the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. In accordance with Bill C-5, the City of Windsor encouraged all municipal staff to use the week of September 27th to focus on the importance of reconciliation and take steps to acknowledge the past through various opportunities for participation throughout the city.
