Kaitlyn Karns from the University of Windsor’s School of Creative Arts (SOCA) discussed Windsor’s Open Streets event and the potential for public university spaces to contribute to rejuvenation efforts in our downtown core. During Open Streets, SOCA opened its doors to the public, offering art exhibitions, live music, family arts activities, film presentations, and more.
